中国的食物在全世界都很有名，当外国人谈到它时，他们都高度评价中国的食物，我们都很熟悉中国的食物，外国的食物是怎么样呢?美国的快餐很出名，比如肯德基。看看外国人吧，大部分人都长得高并且胖，这和他们的饮食密切相关。外国人喜欢吃快餐，这是不健康的，快餐含有很多的脂肪，所以老外很容易长胖。而且，他们喜欢往食物里面加奶酪，他们离不开奶酪。因此外国食物不像中国的食物那样健康，他们饮食不平衡，容易发胖。外国的食物也很美味，但是很多都是高脂肪食品，他们的食物也容易做，不像中国的食品，程序复杂，每一步都要格外讲究。
